FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, January 16, 2017 — Lincoln County, OR has selected Federal Engineering, Inc. (FE) to develop a comprehensive public safety communications system plan to enhance interoperable communications among public safety agencies in the County. Mr. Ronald F.
